As CEO of a business with operations across 3 continents; Africa, Europe & the Middle East (Oando Marketing) within a short time he delivered over $1bn in annual revenues, a 120% increase over 3 years. Recorded recognition for successfully completing the largest downstream divestment in Africa in 2016 and the same for Nigeria in 2021. He is a signatory to the Pact Against Corruption Initiative of the World Economic Forum.
He is a 2016 recipient of the Young Global Leader award from the World Economic Forum (WEF), a 2017 recipient of the prestigious Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu Fellow from the African Leadership Initiative (AFLI) in South Africa, and in 2018, a 3- time recipient of the top 100 African Business Persons under 40 award by the Choiseul Institute in Paris, France. Yomi is a member of the Deans Council at Harvard Kennedy School.
He is also the previous CEO of Enyo, an Energy Tech fast player in Nigeria utilizing technology to simplify and optimize fuel retailing in Nigeria. He serves on the board of businesses in other sectors Agriculture, Financial Services, and Food & Beverage industries. He is the founder of the September 20 Foundation (TS20F), a voluntary donor-funded initiative to support the operations of Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps in Nigeria. He is married with 3 children.
